Why is this so important?

By supporting people to recognise, understand and use their emotions effectively, we can increase their performance at work.

How?
Work Vitality uniquely combines the assessment and development of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and the use of highly effective Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques. Development is provided through psychometric assessment, one to one coaching and team training.

Emotional Intelligence is a set of skills that determine how well we understand and express ourselves, understand others and relate with them, and cope with daily demands, challenges and pressures (Adapted from Dr Reuven Bar-On’s definition – the creator of the EQ-i® assessment)
